About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify opportunities for proactive repair, such as patching holes or tears. Associates are also expected to keep their work area clean.

The position has performance-based incentive pay. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed the production standard for hanging garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding established standards. The position is scheduled for the second shift in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station to prepare for folding.

Responsibilities
