Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify opportunities for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The associate is also expected to maintain a clean work area. This position uses performance-based incentive pay. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed established production standards, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. The role is scheduled for the second shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and stretch, bend, turn, or reach to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, work ethic and effort, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
