About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify items that need proactive repair, such as patching holes or tears. Associates are also expected to maintain a clean work area.

The position uses performance-based incentive pay. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed the production standard for hanging garments; additional compensation, such as higher hourly pay, is tied to exceeding those standards. Employees may earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance.

This is a regular, full-time, second-shift position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old, follow the attendance policy, work safely near others for extended periods, and perform in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Conditional offers are subject to a background check and drug screen.
