Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. This role safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers and visually inspects garments to identify items needing proactive repair, such as patching holes or tears. The employee is also expected to maintain a clean work area. The position uses performance-based incentive pay. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed production standards for hanging garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. The posting describes a fast-paced, schedule-driven work environment with time pressures to complete work quickly. This is a regular, full-time position on the first shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
- Visually inspect garments to identify the need for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed established production standards for hanging garments.
- Follow workplace safety rules and guidelines and comply with the attendance policy.
