About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support its Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for repair needs, such as holes or tears. The employee is also expected to keep the work area clean. Pay includes a performance-based incentive: the employee must meet or exceed production standards for hanging garments, with additional hourly compensation available for exceeding those standards. Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect garments and identify those needing proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed established production standards for hanging garments to qualify for productivity incentives.
• Follow attendance policies and safety rules and guidelines.
