About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support its Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify items that need proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean work area.

The position uses performance-based incentive pay. Associates must meet or exceed the production standard for hanging garments; additional compensation, including higher hourly pay, is tied to exceeding established production standards. The job is full-time on the first shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions and stretch, bend, turn, or reach to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May be required to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station.
• Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, dependability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
