About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. This position safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers and visually inspects them to identify garments needing proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The employee is expected to maintain a clean work area.

Pay is based on an incentive structure. The employee must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, with additional compensation—up to $3.00 per hour—available for meeting or exceeding established production standards.

The role requires following attendance and safety policies, working in close proximity to others for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to work safely in close proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, dependability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
