About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. This role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify items needing proactive repair, such as patching holes or tears. The employee is also expected to keep the work area clean.

The position uses performance-based incentive pay. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed the production standard for hanging garments; additional compensation, such as higher hourly pay, is tied to exceeding production standards. The pay overview states that employees can earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station to prepare for folding.
• Attention to detail, including being thorough and careful when completing tasks or correcting flaws or mistakes.
• A strong work ethic and effort, including dependability, commitment, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
