Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify repairs that may be needed, such as patching holes or tears. The employee is also expected to keep the work area clean. This position uses performance-based incentive pay. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding the standard. The position offers competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance. The work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures and requires working in safe proximity to others for extended periods. Cintas describes the position as regular, full-time, and first shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- May be required to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station to prepare for folding.
