About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. This role safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers and visually inspects garments to identify items that may need proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The associate is also expected to keep the work area clean.

The position uses performance-based incentive pay. Associates must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding established standards. The position is in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment and requires working safely near other people for extended periods. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Responsibilities
