Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support its Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for issues requiring proactive repair, such as holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors are also expected to keep their work area clean. The position uses performance-based incentive pay. Employees must meet or exceed production standards for hanging garments, and additional compensation—up to $3.00 per hour—is tied to meeting or exceeding those standards. The stated base-pay estimate is $17.70–$20.65 per hour. The work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures and close proximity to other people. The role requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive physical movements. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station to prepare for folding.
