About The Position

Venture Solutions is seeking a Production Assembly and Support specialist to work in Ft. Worth, Texas. The role performs hands-on production tasks, packages and inspects products, and follows job instructions to produce orders to specification. Employees may be assigned across departments as needed and must follow facility attendance and safety requirements. Work is on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Ability to read, interpret, and understand general written instructions, including work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
Ability to communicate and exchange information accurately so others understand.

Responsibilities

Perform hand operations such as applying labels, cutting and wrapping products, using tape dispensers, and operating foot controls.
Pack products into boxes, tape boxes closed for shipping, and inspect products for quality defects.
Stack, pack, and transport printed materials at various stages of completion on pallets as materials accumulate at equipment delivery tables.
Read and follow job instructions to produce orders according to specifications.
Meet facility attendance guidelines and work constructively with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.
Float across departments and assist where needed.
Follow safety rules, procedures, and standards.
