About The Position

Reliant Finishing Systems manufactures powder coating and industrial painting equipment, as well as large-scale ovens for industrial curing applications. Production and Assembly Operators help manufacture these products in a challenging but informal environment that values employees' contributions. The company serves customers throughout North America.

This full-time position follows a four-day, 40-hour work week, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Weekends and holidays are off, with frequent Friday overtime. The position is not remote. Pay is $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience, paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 80 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Brake machine experience.
• Punch press experience.
• Carpentry and woodworking experience.
• Prior military experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack parts and components.
• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools.
• Use basic computer skills to operate CNC machinery.
• Perform crating, palletizing, and woodworking.
• Use precision tooling to meet quality standards.
• Comply with safety requirements.
