About The Position

Reliant Finishing Systems manufactures equipment for powder coating and industrial painting, including large-scale ovens for industrial curing applications. Production and Assembly Operators work in a challenging but informal environment as part of a team manufacturing equipment and complex coating systems. The position is onsite and follows a four-day, 40-hour schedule from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with frequent Friday overtime. Weekends and holidays are off. Starting pay is $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, and pay is bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Capable of using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 80 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Brake machine and punch press experience.
• Carpentry and woodworking experience.
• Prior military experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack parts and components.
• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools.
• Use basic computer skills to run CNC machinery.
• Crate and pallet products and perform woodworking.
• Use precision tooling to meet quality standards.
• Comply with safety requirements.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
