Requirements
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Global Learning Exchange (GLX)
- Proven background in training development and delivery in a professional setting
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in iSpring content development tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging IT training programs and instructional materials
- Design assessments to measure training effectiveness and ensure knowledge retention
- Coordinate and facilitate in-person training sessions for staff
- Create compelling eLearning content using GLX and iSpring, including tests, visuals, voiceovers, and certifications
- Continuously research and incorporate the latest training trends, tools, and technologies into new programs
