About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a Production Controller 1 in Oxnard, CA. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint) and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of inventory operations, material flow, and warehouse processes
• Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with kitting and manufacturing support
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain material schedules and support production through effective inventory management
• Optimize storage systems and material flow to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing teams to resolve material issues
• Manage kitting, track shortages, and expedite missing materials
• Receive, transact, and track inventory in ERP systems
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy and traceability
• Support packing and shipping activities using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
• Operate forklifts and handle material movement across departments
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S) and meet organizational metrics
