Requirements

• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions
• Proficient with basic power hand tools
• 1–2 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Execute both repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
• Interpret and follow diagrams, drawings, and work instructions to ensure precise assembly
• Utilize hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to perform assembly and modification tasks
• Conduct toolbox audits at the start and end of each shift to maintain a safe work environment
• Complete daily 5S Task Sweep to ensure workspace organization and efficiency
• Perform continuity checks and basic quality inspections on work in process and finished products
• Collaborate closely with a team of 4–6 assemblers for optimal workflow and knowledge sharing
• Support disassembly, modification, rework, and reassembly of experimental and prototype assemblies as directed
