About The Position
Indotronix is seeking an Assembler 2 in Madison, AL. This position involves working closely with a team of 4-6 assemblers performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assemblies. The role requires attention to detail, including performing toolbox audits at the beginning and end of shifts and ensuring daily 5S Task completion.
Requirements
- Able to read work instructions
- Able to use basic power hand tools
Nice To Haves
- Able to read drawings / wiring diagrams
- Previous government contract experience
- Assembler 1 Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of 4-6 assemblers performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assemblies
- Perform toolbox audits at the beginning and end of shift
- Ensure 5S Task Daily Sweep is completed daily
