Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- IPC J-STD-001 Certification
- 1–3 years of hands-on soldering or electronic assembly experience
- 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of advanced soldering, inspection, and rework
- Strong ability to interpret technical documents and schematics
- Experience with MES software
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components, modules, boards, and cables with precision
- Conduct continuity checks and perform detailed quality inspections on work in process and finished products
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies and subassemblies as needed
- Support testing of experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions
- Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members and promptly communicate production or quality concerns
