About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial for ensuring pet owners have the guidance to make products work, leading to better pet health and owner confidence. The company partners with brands that are highly compliant, sell products of the highest quality, and follow strict regulations.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment required.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Enough dedicated internet speed to support calls and software without delays, or dropped audio. Minimum [10] Mbps download / [5] Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for a pet client company.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with leaders, leveraging training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
• Work from home in a global remote environment.
• Sell ethically, following all regulatory requirements, and never overpromising product capabilities or making unsubstantiated claims.

Benefits

• Uncapped commission with estimated first-year on-target earnings of $55,000–$100,000
• Unlimited upside based on performance
• Hourly + Commission pay structure option: guaranteed hourly base rate (set at your state's minimum wage) paid every pay period, plus 4%–12% commission on net sales paid every two weeks.
• Higher-Commission Plan option: 14%–17% commission on net sales (roughly 20%–25% of gross sales), paid every two weeks.
• Built-in earnings floor for the Higher-Commission Plan: if commissions fall below state minimum wage for hours worked, the difference is made up with a non-recoverable guarantee.
• Paid Sales Training (first week covering sales scripts, process, compliance, and systems like Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage).
