About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial for ensuring pet owners have the guidance to use products effectively, turning purchases into transformations for pets and their people. The company partners with brands that sell high-quality products and adhere to strict FDA regulations, emphasizing ethical sales practices and compliance with FTC requirements.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment required.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Enough dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without freezing, delays, or dropped audio.
• Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for a pet client company.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming prospects into brand loyalists.
• Leverage training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
