About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial for ensuring pet owners have the guidance to use products effectively, turning purchases into transformations for pets and their people. The company partners with a pet client built for pet owners, by pet owners, with a growing base of over a million happy dogs.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment required.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Sufficient dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without freezing, delays, or dropped audio. Minimum [10] Mbps download / [5] Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our pet client.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders, leveraging training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
• Work from home in a global remote environment.
• Follow all regulatory requirements of the FTC, never overpromising what a product can do or making unsubstantiated claims.
• Partner with brands that sell products of the highest quality and follow strict FDA regulations.

Benefits

• Uncapped commission potential
• Estimated first-year on-target earnings: $55,000–$100,000, with uncapped upside based on performance.
• Hourly + Commission pay structure option: Applicable state minimum hourly pay, paid every pay period and never offset against commission, plus 4%–12% commission on net sales every two weeks.
• Higher-Commission Plan option: 14%–17% commission on net sales (approximately 20%–25% of gross sales) every two weeks. Non-recoverable minimum earnings guarantee if commission falls below applicable state minimum wage.
