Product Specialist - Men's Health Supplements
About The Position
At Tribe Wellness Sales, we're on a mission to help men live longer, stronger, more energized lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial for ensuring men understand how to use, stack, and stick with products to see results. Without this role, men miss out on potential health benefits, and the company's mission is hindered. The Specialist turns purchases into transformations by guiding customers. The role involves selling products and services for a men's health client, growing customer relationships into brand loyalty, learning sales techniques through training, and earning with uncapped commission potential. The company emphasizes ethical sales practices, compliance with FTC and FDA regulations, and partnering with high-quality brands. The position is fully remote, offering a work-life balance.
Requirements
- Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
- Knowledge, background, or genuine passion around men's health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication and a knack for building genuine connections.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
- Reliable internet and equipment for frequent phone and video calls.
- A fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset.
- Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
- Dedicated internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services for our men's health client.
- Grow potential customers into brand loyalists.
- Work closely with leaders and leverage training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
- Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
Benefits
- Uncapped commission potential
- Estimated first-year on-target earnings: $55,000–$100,000
- Hourly + Commission option: Applicable state minimum hourly pay, paid every pay period and never offset against commission, plus 4%–12% commission on net sales every two weeks.
- Higher-Commission Plan option: 14%–17% commission on net sales (approximately 20%–25% of gross sales) every two weeks.
- Non-recoverable minimum earnings guarantee for the Higher-Commission Plan if commission falls below state minimum wage.
- Paid Sales Training (first week covering sales scripts, process, compliance, and systems like Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage).
