About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Product Specialist at Napleton's Downtown Porsche. The role delivers comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes and provides customer-oriented support. The company provides sales and customer-service training, paid training, and paid manufacturer certifications. The position offers opportunities for career growth, including potential advancement to Sales Manager, Financial Services Manager, or Service Advisor. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Organization and follow-up skills.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record that can be maintained.

Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
