About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial for ensuring pet owners have the guidance to use products effectively, turning purchases into transformations for pets and their people. The company partners with a pet client built for pet owners, by pet owners, with a growing base of over a million happy dogs.

Requirements

Highly-driven self starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
Reliable internet and equipment required for frequent phone and video calls.
A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
Enough dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without freezing, delays, or dropped audio. Minimum [10] Mbps download / [5] Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Responsibilities

Sell products and services for the pet client.
Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.
Work closely with dedicated leaders, leveraging training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
Work from home in a global remote environment.
Follow all regulatory requirements of the FTC, never overpromising what a product can do or making unsubstantiated claims.
Partner with brands that sell products of the highest quality and follow strict FDA regulations.
