About The Position

The role involves evaluating and introducing AI capabilities, connectors, and automation solutions within enterprise ecosystems. It requires supporting enterprise change management, configuration management, and compliance frameworks, including audit, security, and privacy. The position also manages vendors and SaaS lifecycles, analyzes system performance and adoption data, and works with enterprise production-support workflows.

Requirements

• Product management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365).
• Roadmap experience.
• Documentation experience.
• Experience evaluating and introducing AI capabilities, connectors, or automation solutions within enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with enterprise change management, configuration management, and compliance frameworks, including audit, security, and privacy.
• Strong vendor management and SaaS lifecycle management experience, including contract coordination and escalation management.
• Ability to analyze system performance, usage patterns, and adoption data to inform product improvements.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure AD/M365 administration concepts, and enterprise workflows for production support, including incident, problem, and root-cause processes.
