Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and effectively present information and answer questions on e-commerce findings.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Capable of computing rates, ratios, and percentages, and of creating and interpreting bar graphs.
  • Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, apps, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Monday.
  • Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for improving product performance.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms with a focus on B2C e-commerce metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (Plus a plus) and other B2C e-commerce platforms, with familiarity using subscription apps (Recharge, Skio, or similar) to drive on-site subscriber adoption—ideally supporting a CPG, nutrition/supplement, apparel, or other consumer brand.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to extract meaningful trends and patterns from large datasets in the context of B2C e-commerce.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative teams, product development, and supply teams.
  • Solid understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape across sports nutrition/supplements and performance/lifestyle apparel, including familiarity with NSF Certified for Sport®, third-party testing, clean-label positioning, and apparel-specific considerations such as fit, fabric, and seasonal drop cadence.
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) for DTC supplement/CPG and apparel businesses, such as conversion rate, AOV, Subscribe & Save adoption and retention, repeat purchase rate, sell-through, size curve, return rate, and customer lifetime value.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data reporting and website page management.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of REP’s nutrition and apparel online product experiences, including Purist® Nutrition and REP Apparel.
  • Lead new product introductions (NPI), flavor, color, and SKU expansions, seasonal apparel drops, and multi-brand projects, managing timelines and cross-functional partners.
  • Define merchandising strategy, landing page strategy, and optimization roadmaps to grow nutrition and apparel revenue, repeat purchase rate, sell-through, and brand affinity.
  • Drive customer adoption of Purist® Subscribe & Save through on-site experience, merchandising, and content, partnering with the retention team to optimize the subscription tool.
  • Elevate the quality and impact of nutrition and apparel product content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, regulatory claims, and content standards.
  • Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional partners (brand, creative, product development, supply chain, customer support, marketing) to drive content, launch, and merchandising strategies.
  • Deepen expertise across the Purist® supplement line and REP Apparel assortment, serving as a resource for ingredient/material knowledge, competitive insights, and trend recommendations.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze e-commerce data (conversion, AOV, Subscribe & Save adoption, sell-through, etc.) and extract actionable insights.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for product launches, seasonal merchandising, Subscribe & Save growth, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Lead projects related to puristnutrition.com development and presence on repfitness.com, serving as the Shopify, merchandising, and Subscribe & Save site-experience expert.
  • Partner with the subscription platform team to translate capabilities into customer-facing experiences that grow subscriber adoption.
