Requirements

  • Known for an innovative mindset and the ability to develop and implement creative solutions that enhance product value and customer satisfaction
  • Adept in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and inventory management systems
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product coordination, preferably within the building materials industry

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product development and marketing strategies
  • Create and implement product management plans
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with product knowledge
  • Prepare product reports and analysis
  • Maintain the inventory level of products
  • Drive the lifecycle management of the product portfolio by ensuring timely updates and accuracy in product features, specifications, availability, and pricing
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales teams and suppliers to efficiently address and resolve product-related inquiries, issues, and updates
  • Execute comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to unearth industry trends and emerging customer needs
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, proactively addressing discrepancies and aligning product availability with dynamic sales forecasts
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions to sales teams
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of product specifications
  • Generate insightful sales data reports to inform and support strategic decision-making processes
  • Champion continuous product improvement initiatives by integrating customer feedback and market insights
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within product management workflows
