About The Position

The Product Specialist 2 maintains technical knowledge of Samsung Home Appliance and Electronic Products and helps improve service guides and other product content. The role requires independently translating complex functional and technical requirements, keeping up with technical developments, and reviewing and maintaining product documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with home appliance products.
• Basic knowledge of analysis.
• Comfort reviewing technical documents and uploading them to a system.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with different groups within Samsung.
• Team-player approach.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical knowledge of Samsung Home Appliance and Electronic Products Development.
• Prepare and review technical documents, test procedures, user guides, and installation and service manuals.
• Report issues found while reviewing manuals and follow up on them.
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve the quality of service guides and content.
• Review technical documents and upload them to the system.
