About The Position

Dutch Bros is seeking a hands-on product owner for its digital workplace portfolio. The role owns the digital employee experience across collaboration, communication, content, workflow automation, and AI tools used by corporate, regional, and shop teams. Microsoft 365 is the portfolio anchor, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, and the Power Platform, alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot and agentic solutions. The role studies how work is performed, identifies manual or duplicated effort, and builds practical solutions through tenant configuration, Teams and SharePoint implementations, Power Platform workflows and apps, and Copilot agents. It takes AI and agentic programs from prototype through enterprise-scale rollout, defines success measures, and reports value in terms such as time returned and cost avoided. Adoption is a core part of the product: the role develops a Champions network, hosts workshops, and creates self-service resources. It also partners with Information Security, Infrastructure, Data, People, Communications, and other teams to ensure workplace and AI tools meet governance, licensing, compliance, and cybersecurity standards. The position is based in Tempe, Arizona, and requires working in the office four days per week, Monday through Thursday; Fridays are optional remote work days. Compensation is DOE.

  • Experience personally deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable enterprise AI capabilities, including use-case discovery, tenant and licensing configuration, pilot design, prompt and agent development, and measurement of business value.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping automated and agentic workflows using low-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, including integrations with HR, ITSM, and line-of-business systems.
  • Working proficiency with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and the Graph API, and PnP tooling for tenant configuration, bulk workspace provisioning, and usage-data extraction.
  • Experience troubleshooting with service desk and endpoint teams, including Intune-managed devices, escalations, and Microsoft support cases.
  • Product management fundamentals, including translating business needs into user stories and functional requirements and maintaining a prioritized backlog using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with user research, journey mapping, and business-process discovery to identify employee friction and prioritize a digital workplace backlog.

  • Experience partnering with Information Security and Infrastructure on identity, data governance, information protection, licensing, and compliance for collaboration and AI tools.
  • Ability to define and report KPIs and OKRs and build reporting using Microsoft 365 usage telemetry, Microsoft Graph data, and Power BI.

  • Map current business processes and configure or build solutions in Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and the Power Platform to reduce manual work, shadow IT, redundant tools, and portfolio costs.
  • Manage day-to-day digital workplace tenant configuration and health, including provisioning, lifecycle settings, policy and feature rollouts, Microsoft release and roadmap management, and escalations with service desk, endpoint, and vendor teams.
  • Partner with Information Security, Infrastructure, and Legal on data governance, information protection, licensing, compliance, acceptable-use policies, and related controls.
