About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Owner within the Technology Management and Resiliency organization. The role focuses on technology resiliency programs that rely on modern tooling, automation, reporting, and workflow management to improve consistency, efficiency, and transparency. The Product Owner defines and delivers technology capabilities for resiliency testing, disaster recovery execution, data collection, reporting, and operational analytics. As strategic product leader for the resiliency tooling portfolio, the Product Owner partners with business, technology, operations, and risk stakeholders to prioritize investments, manage roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance enterprise resiliency capabilities. The position requires onsite presence at one of the available locations. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Requirements

7+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
3+ years of management or leadership experience.
3+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, technology operations, program management, or related disciplines.
3+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager for technology platforms, workflow solutions, reporting tools, or enterprise applications.
3+ years of experience managing product roadmaps, requirements, stakeholder priorities, and delivery backlogs.
3+ years of experience with technology platforms, automation, reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
Ability to be onsite at one of the available locations.
Must be eligible to work without current or future visa sponsorship; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Serve as product owner for the resiliency tooling and automation portfolio.
Define and manage product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business and resiliency objectives.
Partner with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate business needs into actionable product backlogs.
Lead prioritization of enhancements, automation initiatives, reporting capabilities, integrations, and new product features.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of resiliency platforms, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions supporting disaster recovery and resiliency testing programs.
Establish product governance, success metrics, usage reporting, and performance measurement.
Manage relationships with business stakeholders, technology partners, vendors, and platform teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and improved tooling.
Develop executive-facing reporting and analytics that provide visibility into resiliency testing outcomes and operational performance.
Support long-term technology strategy and investment planning for resiliency capabilities.
