About The Position

The Product Operations Manager helps Datadog’s product organization operate effectively at scale across more than thirty standalone products on a single platform. The role builds and scales processes, frameworks, and cross-functional workflows across inbound, delivery, and outbound product-development workstreams. It drives alignment, removes friction between teams, and strengthens the operational foundations that support the company’s growth. This position owns and improves the Product Development Life Cycle and operational excellence for product launches, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. It also develops AI-powered workflows and agents, maintains a centralized source of truth for launches, and provides discoverable product knowledge and enablement resources. The manager analyzes product, CRM, and customer data to identify and quantify product signals, revenue opportunities, and the impact of product decisions, translating findings into actionable recommendations for product managers and leadership. Datadog describes its workplace as hybrid, valuing office culture, collaboration, and work-life harmony. Benefits and growth offerings may vary by country and employment nature.
