About The Position

Credo AI is hiring a Product Operations Manager to build and run the operating system for its product and engineering team. The role owns product metrics, quarterly planning, six-week release cycles, sizing, release readiness, and the flow of customer feedback into the roadmap. The manager will establish processes that help teams make realistic commitments, surface risks early, and deliver clean releases. This is a hands-on role: the manager runs meetings, maintains boards, writes status reports, builds dashboards and automations, and follows up on release sign-offs. The role also uses AI agents to support readiness reporting, customer-ticket theme summaries, metric anomaly detection, and tool maintenance. The role is remote on a fully distributed team that routinely meets in person.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or engineering program management at a software company.
  • Experience running agile release cycles for an engineering team of 10 to 40 people.
  • Expertise in Jira and Confluence, with comfort using dashboards and light automation.
  • Technical ability to follow architecture discussions and challenge estimates.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate risks directly and early.
  • Experience building processes from scratch at a startup without making them overly burdensome.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B SaaS experience with enterprise customers and SLAs.
  • Experience with QA and release automation.
  • Background in compliance, security, or GRC software.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate reporting and operations work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product metrics operating system, including metric taxonomy, source-of-truth dashboards, reporting cadence, and accountability model.
  • Partner with product managers to select activation, adoption, retention, quality, and delivery metrics connected to customer and business outcomes.
  • Run quarterly planning and the six-week release cadence, keeping plans, owners, dependencies, and target product metrics organized.
  • Lead sizing with each product team every cycle and report engineering capacity allocation and expected product outcomes to leadership.
  • Own the release calendar and countdown, including readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-launch checks.
  • Collect go/no-go sign-offs from QA, Product, UX, and Engineering, and hold a release if any party declines approval.
  • Build a ticket intake process that produces complete, de-duplicated tickets grouped into customer themes for planning and product health metrics.
  • Build dashboards for delivery progress, release readiness, service levels, feature adoption, customer feedback themes, and product health.
  • Publish product metrics reviews for leadership, covering progress against goals, risks, owners, and follow-up actions.
  • Work with product managers on release notes and deliver them to Customer Success and Support on time.
  • Use AI agents to compile readiness reports, summarize ticket themes, detect metric anomalies, and keep tools clean.
  • Run meetings, update boards, write status reports, build dashboards and automations, and pursue missing release sign-offs.

  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Ergonomic benefit to cover equipment costs for working healthily in the office or at home.
  • Coverage for coworking spaces and in-person meetups.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
