Product Operations Associate

EvenUp,
$102,000 - $156,226Remote

About The Position

EvenUp is seeking a Product Operations Associate to manage the operational aspects of their AI Communication Agents. These agents interact with medical providers, law firms, and plaintiffs on behalf of clients. The role involves writing and refining prompts and logic for these agents, conducting QA and audit cycles to ensure output accuracy, and collaborating with a Product Manager on future product development. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor position within a small, high-trust team, offering significant influence on the product and direct interaction with leadership and customers shortly after starting. The position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Operations, AI Operations, or Technical Program Management, having owned a product or operational surface end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience prompting and evaluating LLM systems
  • Experience building or running a QA/evaluation process, plus experience working directly with customers to translate their feedback into product changes.
  • Ability to hold a high quality bar under pressure in a fast-moving, non-deterministic environment, without needing a playbook handed to you.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager and Engineering to shape the Communication Agents roadmap
  • Own the client feedback loop: join customer calls, triage incoming issues, separate one-off complaints from real defects, and close the loop with law firms and Customer Success.
  • Write, iterate, and test agent prompts, scripts, logic, and configurations, shipping improvements with Engineering and Data Science while defining inputs, outputs, and escalation paths.
  • Build and maintain QA rubrics and audit processes, driving fixes through to resolution.
  • Handle reporting and ad hoc leadership requests as they arise.

Benefits

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.
  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.
  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.
  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.
  • A home office stipend.
  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • A local in-person meet-up program.
  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.
