•$142,900 - $266,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Booz Allen is commercializing its cyber and AI technology and building a commercialization function. The Senior Manager will help establish and scale that function, working with sector leadership to shape commercially viable products and solutions that can be sold repeatedly and at scale. The role owns commercial design across the portfolio, turning validated ideas and business cases into product structures, packaging, and pricing grounded in customer value, market dynamics, and offering economics. The position draws on experience with SaaS, subscription, licensing, consumption-based, or outcome-based models and collaborates with sector leaders and Pricing, Finance, Contracts, and Legal to assess business models, costs, margins, and commercial structures. This includes making bespoke solutions more repeatable and supporting a shift to company-fixed-price offerings and margin expansion. For selected high-priority offerings, the Senior Manager partners with sectors to drive commercialization from idea maturation through commercial design and go-to-market readiness. The role also contributes to SKU rules, the product and solutions catalog, and CRM processes in partnership with their functional owners. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work performed within the facility.

  • Experience translating commercial design decisions into clear requirements for SKUs, price books, product catalogs, and sales processes in collaboration with their functional owners.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and technology monetization models, customer value, cost and unit economics, margin tradeoffs, and discounting considerations.
  • Ability to influence sector leaders and cross-functional teams, including Pricing, Finance, Sales, Contracts, and Legal, and to push back when the commercial case calls for it.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work performed within the facility.
