Booz Allen Hamilton•McLean, VA
•$142,900 - $266,000

About The Position

Booz Allen is building a commercialization function to bring its cyber and AI technology to market. The Senior Manager will help build and scale that function, working with sector leadership to develop commercial designs for products and solutions that customers value and the company can sell repeatedly and at scale. The role owns commercial design across the portfolio and brings hands-on B2B software pricing, packaging, and monetization experience to the work. It develops commercial models based on customer value, market dynamics, and offering economics; evaluates business models, cost and margin implications, and commercial structures; and helps make bespoke solutions repeatable. It also contributes to SKU rules, the product and solutions catalog, and CRM rules in partnership with the teams responsible for those areas. For selected high-priority offerings, the role works with sectors to drive commercialization from idea maturation through commercial design and go-to-market. The position partners with sector leaders and teams in Pricing, Finance, Contracts, and Legal. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within the facility.

  • Knowledge of SaaS and technology monetization models, customer value, cost and unit economics, margin tradeoffs, and discounting considerations.
  • Ability to influence sector leaders and cross-functional teams, including Pricing, Finance, Sales, Contracts, and Legal, and to push back when the commercial case calls for it.
