Salesforce•Indianapolis, IN
•$770,000 - $880,000

About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Product Marketing Sr Manager to lead cross-functional partnerships and develop and activate field-facing content for the Customer Zero program. Customer Zero shares Salesforce’s transformation into an Agentic Enterprise and creates repeatable blueprints for customers. This role makes those stories compelling and useful in sales conversations and other field programs. The role partners with the Senior Director of Customer Zero, sales leaders, event teams, and product marketing leads to understand what sellers need to engage customers, build credibility, and close deals. It translates Customer Zero stories into practical, high-quality assets such as first-call decks, executive briefings, demos, and case studies, tailored to different audiences and buying stages. Success calls for strong storytelling, empathy for customers and sellers, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, sales, and customer teams. The role also develops reusable content and tools, supports demos and experiential content, uses AI to scale content creation and customization, and measures asset adoption and program impact.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and buyer journeys.
  • Experience working at a large enterprise organization and building relationships across teams and geographies.
  • Proven ability to create field-ready enablement content that is used in the field.
  • Experience working with executive-level audiences, tailoring messaging for different personas, and presenting in front of company leaders.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales, and customer teams.

  • Turn field insights into a sales enablement strategy for Customer Zero; gather feedback and iterate on assets to improve adoption and effectiveness.
  • Translate Customer Zero transformation stories into sales-ready materials, including first-call decks, executive briefings, case studies, narrative summaries, demo scripts and supporting materials, and video content.
  • Tailor content to specific personas and buying stages, communicate business value and outcomes, and connect Salesforce capabilities to real-world transformation.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve a library of reusable enablement assets, adapting narratives into role-based versions, different technical depths, and suitable formats for various channels.
