This individual will be responsible for understanding the market, pricing and packaging services, evaluating strategic partnerships, and launching new products and releases. This is an opportunity to build a product marketing discipline from the ground up and significantly influence Zipliens' growth. The role is part of the Marketing function and reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer. Collaboration will be key, involving close work with the Marketing team, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Lien Resolution Operations, and Finance leadership for pricing matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech-enabled services, or legal/legal services.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a win-loss program and translating findings into action.
  • Experience building or directly contributing to pricing and packaging strategy, ideally in partnership with Finance.
  • Comfortable evaluating and structuring strategic or vendor partnerships.
  • Proven track record managing go-to-market launches end-to-end, from planning through cross-functional execution.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills; comfortable building and interpreting pricing models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate research into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently as the first dedicated PMM hire, building process and infrastructure with minimal existing structure.
  • Ability to foster cross-functional relationships built on trust to effectively challenge the status quo and drive change.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal, legal services, insurance, or personal injury industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor trends and regulations in personal injury law, lien resolution, and legal tech that impact product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop a repeatable process for voice-of-customer and voice-of-market research.
  • Design and execute a formal win-loss analysis program, including structured interviews with prospects.
  • Synthesize win-loss findings into actionable insights on positioning, pricing, competitive gaps, and objection handling.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to update talk tracks, battlecards, and enablement materials based on win-loss findings.
  • Regularly report win-loss trends to Marketing, Sales, Product, and executive leadership.
  • Lead research and provide recommendations for Zipliens' pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to develop and test pricing models, considering cost-to-serve, margin, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Recommend packaging structures (e.g., tiering, bundling) aligned with client segments and law firm sizes.
  • Establish a cadence for reviewing and updating pricing and packaging as the business and market evolve.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including integrated technology vendors for personal injury law firms.
  • Develop business cases and a prioritization framework for partnership opportunities.
  • Present recommendations for partnerships to Marketing, Product, and executive leadership, and support go-to-market planning for approved partnerships.
  • Support ongoing partner relationships and co-marketing efforts.
  • Own go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and service releases.
  • Develop launch plans, messaging, positioning, and enablement materials for key releases.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Lien Resolution Operations to ensure internal readiness for external communications.
