This role is for the Metasys portfolio, a flagship Building Automation System (BAS). The Product Marketing Manager will lead strategic, global marketing initiatives, define and execute outcome-driven marketing strategies to strengthen market leadership, accelerate growth, and expand customer and channel engagement. This role involves strategic thinking and execution excellence, leading annual software global releases, driving integrated campaigns, and delivering measurable business impact. The position focuses on performance-led marketing programs, using data, benchmarks, and KPIs to maximize return on investment and influence revenue growth. The role reports to the Global Marketing Director, BAS & Controls & HVACR. The Product Marketing Manager is the voice of the customer and a key driver of market success for the Metasys portfolio, partnering cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and regional marketing teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies. The goal is to position solutions to resonate with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and enterprise customers, driving both new business and lifecycle growth.
