About The Position

Raylu is an AI origination engine for private markets, built for growth equity and private equity funds. The Product Marketing Manager turns Raylu’s product capabilities into launches, messaging, and sales tools that help win deals with investors. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth, this high-ownership role connects the roadmap with the market and owns launches from early planning through post-launch analysis. The role also shapes positioning, supports competitive sales conversations, and contributes to the product marketing playbook as the company scales. During the first 30 days, the hire will learn the product, join sales calls, speak with customers, and map the competitive landscape. By days 31–60, they will deliver messaging by segment and persona, initial battle cards, and an updated sales deck. By days 61–90, they will run a major launch end to end and publish at least two customer case studies.
