About The Position

Amazon Quick is an agentic AI assistant that is redefining the enterprise productivity category. It connects across business systems and productivity tools to deliver insights and produce business deliverables on behalf of users, regardless of the systems used or data types. Quick operates on AWS with enterprise security and governance. This role focuses on customer storytelling and social proof, identifying customers transformed by Quick, telling their stories across various channels, and partnering with the social media team to amplify narratives. This is an opportunity to shape the narrative for a flagship AI product at Amazon, which is scaling fast with significant investment and senior executive visibility.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or content marketing within B2B SaaS or technology

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
  • Experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or reference programs

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with customers who have transformed their organizations with Quick.
  • Understand customer journeys, quantify their impact, and craft narratives for keynotes, social media, events, and digital content.
  • Partner with the Quick Social Media team to drive storytelling that highlights Quick's core value proposition and reaches new users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, social media, events, and creative teams.
  • Develop customer-facing assets including video testimonials, written case studies, blog posts, event presentations, social media content, and keynote narratives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of customer advocates and reference accounts.
  • Define the customer storytelling roadmap, aligning stories to product launches, campaigns, and market moments.
  • Track the reach and impact of customer stories across channels and use data to refine formats, channels, and narratives.
  • Ensure customer stories are integrated into broader go-to-market efforts through collaboration with product marketing, demand generation, events, and field teams.
