The Opportunity: Stepful’s enterprise go-to-market motion is maturing rapidly, and we need a Product Marketing Manager who can bring rigor and clarity to how we position, launch, and enable sales around our growing portfolio of B2B products. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing with direct impact on how clinical and workforce buyers understand and choose Stepful. You’ll develop a deep point of view on our buyers (CNOs, CHROs, workforce leaders, and CEOs) and translate that understanding into messaging, collateral, competitive positioning, and product-launch infrastructure that equip our sales team to win. This is a net-new role reporting to our VP of B2B Marketing.
