Product Marketing Manager

Perchwell•New York, NY
•$130,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Perchwell is hiring a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to bring its real estate listings platform to market. Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, this role shapes product positioning and messaging, executes continuous product releases and multi-month MLS customer conversions, and builds repeatable launch systems that allow a small team to keep pace with product development. The position combines strong writing, product judgment, cross-functional coordination, and an interest in building the marketing function as Perchwell grows. Product releases reach all customers at once and happen continuously. The Product Marketing Manager will develop accurate, audience-specific messaging and adoption-focused assets, and will grow into owning the product launch process end to end—from roadmap conversations through go-live and post-launch adoption reviews. For MLS conversions, the role will create communication plans with MLS partners and Perchwell's Customer Success team, develop member communications, and apply lessons learned to future launches. The role also supports a systematic, AI-enabled marketing team by extending shared skills, knowledge, and workflows. The Product Marketing Manager will build and maintain AI-supported systems and templates for recurring work, and use AI for research and production, including competitive scans, transcript review, drafting, and voice checks. The position requires working with Product, Customer Success, implementation, MLS leadership and staff, and other teams. Willingness to travel is required.
