About The Position

NetBrain is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to articulate its unique product story and capabilities within the competitive network automation and observability market. This role involves developing positioning and messaging for specific product areas, creating launch plans, and producing ready-to-use assets such as sales decks, web copy, one-pagers, and enablement content. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing, GTM Enablement, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure NetBrain's narrative is effectively communicated across all buyer and seller touchpoints. This is a hybrid role based at the Burlington, MA headquarters.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Product Marketing or a closely adjacent marketing role in B2B software.
  • Clear and efficient communication skills, demonstrated in decks, one-pagers, web copy, and sales emails.
  • Experience crafting positioning or messaging for a specific product area or segment.
  • Ability to turn messaging into finished, ready-to-use assets.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent workstreams without losing quality.
  • Focus on how initiatives show up for the buyer.
  • An inherent curiosity about technical products and the ability to become conversant in NetBrain's platform.
  • Ability to take direction well and push back with a point of view.
  • Experience building sales-facing assets that reps actually used in real deals.
  • Low ego and high ownership.
  • Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

Nice To Haves

  • Infrastructure, networking, or IT operations experience is a plus.
  • Ability to grow into broader positioning and strategy responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

  • Help bring NetBrain's differentiated story to life, and lead positioning and messaging for assigned product areas or segments within the overall framework.
  • Translate positioning and messaging into sales decks, web copy, one-pagers, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the competitive landscape to ensure content remains sharp and relevant.
  • Help bring the Agentic NetOps narrative to life in day-to-day marketing materials.
  • Develop and translate messages into content that Sales and Marketing can use immediately.
  • Partner with Analyst Relations on materials that support analyst conversations.
  • Help spot candidate capability plays by staying close to Sales, Support, and the field, and surface patterns worth investing in.
  • Lead the execution of approved capability go-to-market plans, including naming, one-pagers, proof points, and enablement content.
  • Support major product launches end to end, including drafting launch messaging, building enablement assets, and coordinating launch logistics.
  • Partner with the team on how new releases fit into the broader product marketecture.
  • Build pitch decks, one-pagers, discovery guides, and other sales assets in collaboration with GTM Enablement and Product.
  • Keep the sales toolkit current as positioning, capabilities, and releases change.
  • Gather and organize input from Sales, Customer Success, and the customer-voice program to inform Product strategy.
  • Package market insights for conversations with Product leadership.
