About The Position

Intapp is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its AI Dealmaking Solutions, serving private capital markets (PCM) and investment banking and advisory (IB&A) firms. This role involves owning product marketing strategy, messaging, launches, and field enablement. The position requires blending the established DealCloud platform with new AI capabilities, packages, and pricing. The role offers the dynamic pace of an early-stage venture with the backing of a market leader. This is a career-level (P3) role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, AI Dealmaking Solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will bridge product strategy, positioning, and field activation, translating platform capabilities into usable tools for sellers and channeling field feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM role in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience owning the messaging and launch of at least one product end-to-end.
  • Financial services exposure, with familiarity with private capital or investment banking workflows, or a demonstrated ability to build domain fluency quickly.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives for senior buyers and sellers.
  • Launch experience, having led or co-led a cross-functional launch.
  • Data-driven approach, comfortable working with GTM performance data, pipeline, win/loss, usage, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong seller EQ and empathy, with experience building adopted playbooks and battlecards.
  • Client empathy, seeking out data and feedback to drive changes.
  • Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration across product, pricing, sales, and marketing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging, including persona, message map, and solution bill of materials.
  • Distill value proposition into buyer-recognized business outcomes and validate with customers and sales.
  • Own the buyer and feedback loop, planning customer discovery, maintaining persona and ICP, and holding client-insight cadences.
  • Synthesize field insights into structured input for positioning, packaging, pricing, and roadmap.
  • Own the competitive story, running win/loss programs, producing competitive summaries, and building battlecards.
  • Own the go-to-market plan, shaping motion, channel, and timing, and coordinating cross-functional execution.
  • Contribute analysis and recommendations for packaging and pricing decisions, including usage-based mechanics.
  • Lead product launches end-to-end, managing RACI, ensuring readiness across teams, and tracking adoption.
  • Build the enablement toolkit, including objection handling, talk tracks, FAQs, and delivering product training.
  • Carry the story outward by briefing demand generation, recommending case study angles, owning the reference program, and leading analyst briefings.
  • Measure and optimize GTM performance, identify leaks, and provide recommendations and OKR input.
