About The Position

Credo AI is hiring a Product Manager for its AI Solutions. The role sits within the AI Governance Research team, which turns frontier AI research into product. The Product Manager will own the roadmap for AI solutions and take them from research prototypes to platform capabilities customers pay for. These include an AI governance assistant for intake and risk mapping, a governance knowledge graph and regulatory intelligence, AI vendor and third-party risk capabilities, and evaluations that establish whether AI features work. The role partners closely with AI researchers and engineers to keep development focused on customer problems and ensure solutions ship, sell, and get used. This is a hands-on product role: the Product Manager will prompt, test, and stress-test AI features; write evaluation criteria and review sample outputs; and build quick prototypes with AI coding tools before committing engineering resources. The position is remote on a fully distributed team, with in-person coworking and company-wide offsites. The preferred location is San Francisco, California.

  • Take prototypes through defined stages to platform capability: validated, beta, and generally available.
  • Ship AI-powered governance intake that fills in assessments, asks follow-up questions, and assigns risk tiers based on a user's AI use case.
  • Turn the knowledge graph into actionable customer recommendations about applicable controls, relevant regulations, and next steps.
  • Define AI quality measurement, including evaluations, acceptance thresholds, and criteria for determining when a feature is ready to ship.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on packaging, pricing, positioning, and launch.
  • Talk to customers every month and incorporate their language into the roadmap.
  • Prompt, test, and break AI features before customers use them.
