About The Position

Likewize is seeking a hands-on, business-oriented AI Product Solutions Specialist for its Product Management team at the global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. The role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and business innovation, identifying opportunities to improve customer and operational experiences with AI and building prototypes to demonstrate value. The specialist partners across the business to move promising ideas into delivered solutions.

The position involves turning business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery plans; collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept through user acceptance testing and launch; and evaluating performance, adoption, risk, scalability, and customer impact. The role also helps ensure AI solutions are secure, responsible, and aligned with privacy, compliance, and business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, or a similar role delivering technology solutions from idea to launch.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, or contributing to AI-powered prototypes.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Ability to write or troubleshoot code in Python and work comfortably with APIs, structured data, and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions and regions.
• Curiosity, creativity, and sound judgment in deciding when AI is appropriate and when a simpler approach is better.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in insurance, insurtech, device protection, claims, warranty, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer, operational, and business challenges where AI, automation, or workflow improvements can create meaningful impact.
• Build and test AI-powered prototypes using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, automation platforms, and custom solutions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Security, and business stakeholders to advance solutions from concept through UAT and launch.
• Evaluate solution performance, adoption, risk, scalability, and customer impact, and continuously improve outcomes.
• Help ensure AI solutions are secure, responsible, and aligned with privacy, compliance, and business requirements.
