About The Position

Allstate Technology Solutions is building a next-generation insurance platform that combines modern product design with Generative AI and agentic technologies to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. The Digital Product Manager translates strategy into product stories, designs, and shipped capabilities, using data and research to guide decisions and working through ambiguity to solve complex problems. The role collaborates across engineering, UX, architecture, business, users, and stakeholders to align teams around measurable outcomes. It also focuses on developing innovative ways to provide knowledge to AI agents, auditing knowledge sources, and validating with engineering how knowledge is translated into the product.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience with a strong execution track record.
• Experience working with AI technologies, such as Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS.
• Proficiency in Agile product development.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Skills in business case analyses, data-driven decision making, prioritization, product development, product direction, product management, product roadmapping, product strategies, and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned with strategy, customer value, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating value, and driving transparent, outcome-based prioritization.
• Define clear problem statements and success criteria with users and stakeholders.
• Use research, analytics, and raw data to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap and delivery decisions.
• Advocate for intuitive user experiences and contribute to solution design from concept through execution.
• Identify and apply AI, including Generative AI and agentic technologies, and experiment rapidly to responsibly scale ideas into production.
• Find innovative ways to provide knowledge to AI agents, audit existing knowledge sources with stakeholders, and work with engineering teams to validate how knowledge is translated into the product.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize high-value work, and make tradeoffs explicit.
• Contribute to design, data, and retrospective discussions and drive work through execution.
