About the position
The Product Marketing Manager at Argyle will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the new category of Payroll Connectivity. Reporting to the head of marketing, this role will be responsible for leading the go-to-market and marketing strategies for the enterprise segment. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive business goals and bring new products to market. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in utilizing customer and market intelligence to shape GTM strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns is required.
Responsibilities
- Define and shape a new category of Payroll Connectivity and position Argyle as the vanguard
- Lead the go-to-market (GTM) and marketing strategy for the enterprise segment
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive mutual business goals
- Craft concise and compelling narratives through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Utilize customer, competitive, and market intelligence to shape GTM strategies, marketing messaging, and campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness
- Lead the development of launch plans, marketing campaigns, and messaging for enterprise buyers
- Clearly articulate differentiation and value of Argyle through messaging and storytelling
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing at a SaaS company
- Preference for fintech or mortgage technology industry experience but not a requirement
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in utilizing customer, competitive, and market intelligence to shape GTM strategies and marketing messaging
- Familiarity with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and tracking their effectiveness
