Data Quality Team Lead

Argyle is seeking a Data Quality Team Lead/Manager to join their fast-growing remote-first startup. The team is responsible for data research, data knowledge management, data quality assurance, and internal BI. The successful candidate will lead and scale the DQ team, drive Data Quality KPIs, and contribute to Argyle's Data Quality strategy. They should be an independent self-starter with a data-focused mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is reimagining how employment data is accessed and used.

• Lead and scale Argyle's Data Quality (DQ) team
• Take ownership of and drive Data Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Drive quality assurance, automation, tooling, and data engineering agenda and deliverables
• Recruit additional team members aligned with QA, automation, tooling, and data engineering domains
• Build working relationships and lead collaboration with Analytics and Documentation teams
• Contribute towards Argyle's Data Quality strategy and key initiatives
